The Maclean Chamber of Commerce plays a key role in assisting the local business community to resolve regional development issues, through economic lobbying and representation. We are an organisation of Business Leaders who work to improve their community and the area's business climate.

The Chamber is administered by a board of management that meets monthly to discuss issues that affect the business community and to develop strategies to best contribute to the economic growth of our Town.

The effectiveness of the Chamber is entirely reliant on the member support and involvement.

We pride ourselves on providing progressive professional and business development opportunities, representation and regular functions in which business people can communicate with each other and with local, state and federal authorities on matters of interest or concern related to business activities and we unashamedly promote Maclean business, acting primarily on behalf of our members.

The Key Objectives of the Maclean Chamber of Commerce are: 

 To represent and lobby on behalf of the business community, and to encourage goodwill and foster communication and interaction within the business and wider communities,

  To provide access to regular business networking events from various organisations, giving members the opportunities throughout the year to connect with hundreds of various business representatives to exchange ideas and promote their business,

 Provide members with the opportunity to introduce their business to the Chamber membership base.
